Quote request

Describe the work and a service partner will price it

Sending the form does not commit you to anything. You decide after you see the scope and the quote.

This form is the way to ask about any of the services on this site:

You can ask about one piece or several together. Pick the closest option in the form and use the notes box for anything that does not fit neatly. A service partner reads the request and replies with questions or a proposal.

What the service partner will want to know

Most first replies ask about these points, so it helps to answer them up front:

  • Your monthly ad budget range
  • How long you have been advertising, if at all
  • Who owns the ad accounts and the website
  • Your sales process after an inquiry comes in
  • Which past inquiries turned into customers, and which did not
  • Industries or claims that need care in ads, such as health, finance or housing
  • The person who will sign off on a proposal

From request to written proposal

A service partner reads your notes and works out what it still needs to know. It writes back, often with questions about your offer, your current ad accounts and where inquiries go. A call may follow if the account is complicated.

Then you receive a proposal. A good one spells out the channels, the setup work, the ongoing tasks, what you supply, how often you get reports, the management fee, the contract terms and how to end the arrangement. Read it closely and ask for anything unclear to be written in. Nothing is agreed until you say yes.
